These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 4444bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the 4444bd website and associated mobile interfaces. By creating an account or placing any wager on 4444bd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

4444bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. In all cases, the current version of the Terms as published on this page is the operative version. Where there is any conflict between a prior version and the current version, the current version prevails.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 4444bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 4444bd.

1.1 Interpretation

2.1 Additional Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration.

2.2 KYC Age Verification

4444bd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account until verification is complete.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 4444bd Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or accidentally under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — are strictly prohibited. 4444bd employs automated and manual duplicate-detection processes, and any duplicate accounts identified will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

3.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number registered in your name, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes. 4444bd will not be held liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including any deposits, wagers, withdrawals, or bonus claims — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific action. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 4444bd support immediately at [email protected].

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Only one account per household (defined by shared residential address or shared device) is permitted. Where multiple individuals at the same address wish to register, each must complete separate full KYC verification. 4444bd reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm that multiple registrations from the same address are legitimate and unrelated individuals.

All financial transactions on the 4444bd Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 4444bd does not accept deposits in any other currency. Currency conversion is not offered or supported.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4444bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-resident players:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction caps. 4.3 Withdrawal Policy

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. 4444bd will reject and return any deposit where the sending account name does not match the registered account holder's KYC-verified identity. Any attempt to use the Platform for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity may be treated as a suspicious transaction and reported in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

4444bd offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed around events including the BPL cricket season, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. 5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with 4444bd's compliance team.

5.4 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-15%, and sports bets contribute subject to minimum odds conditions. The exact contribution rates for each promotion are listed in the specific promotion's terms. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering will not count towards the rollover requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.

By using the 4444bd Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of other users and the integrity of the Platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Opening more than one account on the Platform under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place wagers without direct human input.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the Platform, game software, or payment systems. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to artificially manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location or identity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive conduct towards 4444bd staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

4444bd reserves the right — without prior notice — to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed. In such cases, 4444bd may withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation, forfeit bonus balances and associated winnings, and report the matter to relevant financial or legal authorities where required. 4444bd's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.

Either party — the player or 4444bd — may initiate account closure at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your 4444bd account, contact the support team at [email protected] with your account details and a clear request for closure. Before the account is closed, any withdrawable cash balance (excluding active or uncompleted bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method following standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months through 4444bd support. Where a platform-initiated closure occurs due to a breach by the player, 4444bd may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player following verification.

4444bd provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free service — particularly during high-traffic periods such as BPL finals and ICC T20 World Cup matches — 4444bd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruption, technical failure, or delays beyond its reasonable control.

8.1 Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4444bd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 4444bd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, howsoever caused.

8.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on the 4444bd Platform are generated by certified random number generators provided by independent game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. 4444bd does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Results displayed on the Platform following the conclusion of a game round are final. No claims for adjustment of game results will be accepted on the basis that a player believes the outcome was incorrect, unless a verifiable technical error by the Platform can be demonstrated.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute process described above shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction.
